Refund Policy

  • Is it allowed? yes
  • Note: In the event that you are unable to receive your product / service within 120 days, you must send proof of that during this period, and the paid value will be refunded within 15 days and a maximum of 30 days after the expiration of the specified period.
  • Method & procedures :To Refund an item: Go to Your Orders and select Return or replace items beside the item you want to Refund Tip: If you don’t see the order you’re looking for, select the date on which you placed the order from the drop-down menu in the upper part of the page. Select the item you want to exchange, and select a reason from the Reason for return menu
  • Terms & Timelines: To Refund item:

  • How long will it take for refund to be processed? To check the status of your refund:
  1. Go to Your Orders.
  2. Next to the relevant order, select View Return/Refund Status.

Note: You can also check the status of your refund by going to Your Orders and selecting View order details next to the relevant order. The refund status is displayed at the bottom of the Order Summary.

Exchange Policy

Cancellation Policy

  • Is it allowed? Yes
  • Method & procedures : You can cancel items or orders that haven’t entered the shipping process yet. Go to Your Orders and select the order you want to cancel. Select the check box next to each item you want to remove from the order To cancel the entire order, select all of the items. Select Cancel checked items when finished
  • Terms & Timelines :
  1. Go to Your Orders and select the order you want to cancel.
  2. Select Cancel items

Note: For seller orders, you may see Request Cancellation. If you no longer see Request Cancellation, contact the seller for instructions. Go to Contact Third-Party Sellers.

  1. Select the check box of the item you want to remove from the order. To cancel the entire order, select all of the items.
  2. Select Cancel selected items in this order when finished.

Confirm that your order is cancelled

After submitting the cancellation, you’ll receive a confirmation message on the screen. You’ll also receive a message in the Message Center in Your Account.

You can also confirm that the order was canceled by visiting Your Orders. If you see the order in the Canceled Orders section, it was successfully canceled.

Refer to the following instructions if you can not cancel your order.

Cancel items is not available

If you do not see Cancel items besides the order you want to cancel, GulfGala may have already shipped it. Go to Your Orders and select Track package, and then Cancel this delivery.

If this option is not available (because another carrier shipped this order), refuse the package or return it using our Online Returns Center.

  • How long will it take for refund to be processed? :

You can check the payment method that was refunded and the status of your refund by visiting Your Orders page. Please note: after the carrier has received your item, it can take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return.
